Randolph County offers five ways to pay your property taxes. You can stop in at Suite 1G in the courthouse. You can mail your payment. There is a drop box outside the entrance on the right side. A drive-up window works like a bank teller lane. And you can pay online through the Randolph County Collector website. Online payments accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa cards. A convenience fee applies. The collector's office does not keep any of that fee. Current and delinquent real estate and personal property taxes can both be paid online. You must pay the most delinquent year first before paying current taxes.
The online portal also lets you search by name, account number, or parcel number. You can filter by personal property, real estate, or both. Choose paid, unpaid, or both. After searching, check the box next to the account you want and click the cart to check out. For paid years, click "Download Receipt" to print your record.
