The e-file system for personal property declarations is open from January 1 through September 1. Your account number and e-PIN are printed on the right side of your assessment sheet. When you finish, the system gives you a confirmation number. If you have e-filed before, you will get a postcard with your PIN. For lost information, call (573) 756-1878 or email assessor@sfcgov.org. If you bought new vehicles, you need the VIN, date of purchase, and vehicle details. The e-file site is secure and does not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive information.
